About Us

Jon and Lisa Meier began a business ownership venture in the summer of 2017 utilizing their joint knowledge, experience and vision. They determined that by providing home healthcare agencies accurate coding, OASIS integrity, it allowed them improved financial outcomes, then agencies could focus their time and energy on improved patient outcomes and reductions in acute care hospitalization rates. Jon and Lisa have sought out a knowledgeable and experienced team to work with them who have the same commitments to accuracy, timeliness and integrity that they do. All staff in the coding team are RNs who have worked in the Home Healthcare industry and have gone on to acquire Certifications in Coding and/or OASIS Review.

Jon has been a nurse for 17 years and has worked in many different aspects of healthcare. Over 15 years of his experience has been in Home Healthcare and Hospice. He has worked in nearly every aspect of the business including: Case Management, Quality Review, Clinical Educator, Clinical Supervisor, Director of Operations and Administrator.  It is his belief and mission to provide both a commitment and excellent service to customers and employees. He wishes to identify any process improvements that will allow accurate and expedited time to RAP. He believes in attention to Home Health Compare scores, improved OASIS integrity allowing higher scores and attention to process improvement data and maximizing financial outcomes.

Lisa Meier RN BSN COS-C HCS-D

Lisa has been a nurse for 29 years and has also worked in many different aspects of healthcare. Over 10 years of her career have been in Home Healthcare and Hospice. She has experience as a Case Manager, Clinical Supervisor and Operations Manager, and Quality Review and Compliance Specialist. Lisa has made it a mission to understand Home Healthcare as a business, educate staff in providing accurate, timely and quality documentation and to increase productivity while improving patient outcomes and decreasing acute care hospitalization rates. Lisa helped design their business model of assisting agencies in the quality and review work process thereby allowing them time to focus on direct patient care and improved patient outcomes with reduction in hospitalization rates.
